Three API cooling water separators are available to remove any entertained oil
with the cooling water return before being discharged into the sea.
Two oily water separator and one for chemical drains are also in use for all oil
& chemical drainage from the refinery units and pump houses.
Flare system:- Two refinery flares are available and are in use as
required.
Fire and Safety:- The refinery has its own facilities for fire and safety
in the refinery.
There is a department with all the necessary personnel and tools to combat fire
in the refinery or the nearby area. Safety precaution procedures are already
established and respected. Lately new vehicles and equipments have been
provided.
