The Executive Director of Aden Refinery Company, on July 16, 2026, issued a number of administrative decisions concerning the appointment and assignment of several personnel to various positions, based on the company’s regulations and in accordance with the requirements of work.

The decisions included the following:

• Executive Decision No. (4) of 2026: Appointing Raafat Saeed Salem Al-Nais as Personnel Supervisor.

• Executive Decision No. (5) of 2026: Appointing Ahmed Abdullah Rajab as Director of the Security Department.

• Executive Decision No. (7) of 2026: Assigning Dr. Ahmed Salem Bajallah to serve as Deputy Director of the Medical Department.

• Executive Decision No. (9) of 2026: Appointing Ali Mohammed Al-Shaari as Advisor to the Refinery Director for Security Affairs.

• Executive Decision No. (10) of 2026: Appointing Donia Hassan Saeed as Advisor to the Executive Director for Employment Affairs (Insurance and Pensions).

The decisions stipulated the cancellation of any previous appointment or assignment to the positions covered by these decisions. They shall take effect from the date of issuance and shall be published in the company’s internal regulations.
