Executive Director’s Circular No. (5) of 2026

Further to our previous circulars, we would like to emphasize that the company’s financial situation continues to face challenges, with no improvement to date. Accordingly, the policy of rationalizing expenditure and controlling expenses shall remain in effect, with spending limited to essential expenses required by the nature of the work and necessary to ensure the continuity of operations and completion of the required tasks.

Accordingly, we confirm that no requests for financial assistance, incentives, or any expenses that do not fall within the current operational priorities will be considered or decided upon during the current period, until the company’s financial situation improves.

Therefore, we urge everyone to comply with the above and cooperate in rationalizing expenditure in a manner that serves the company’s general interest and contributes to overcoming this phase.
