In Recognition of Dedication... Aden Refinery Company’s Training Department Honors Two Former Directors in Appreciation of Their Distinguished Record of Achievement
Under the patronage of the Executive General Manager of Aden Refinery Company, Eng. Saeed Mohammed bin Mohammed, the Training Department held a recognition ceremony this morning under the theme, “In Recognition of Dedication... and Appreciation for a Journey of Achievement.” The ceremony honored two former Directors of the Training Department, the late Mr. Abdu Mohammed Khaiba and Mr. Waheed Mohammed Magharef, in appreciation of their dedicated efforts and outstanding contributions to serving the refinery and developing and qualifying its workforce over many years.
The ceremony was attended by the Executive General Manager of the Company, Eng. Saeed Mohammed bin Mohammed; Chief Engineer, Eng. Mohammed Al-Mushaibi; and Director of the Training Department, Mr. Mahmoud Saeed, along with a number of department directors and heads of divisions at the company. The gathering reflected a spirit of loyalty and appreciation for those who contributed to building and advancing the company’s training and professional development programs.
During the ceremony, the Executive General Manager emphasized in his speech that the honoring was a gesture of appreciation for the professional and human legacy left by the two honorees, as well as their significant contributions to the development of training programs and the preparation of technical and administrative personnel, which helped enhance the refinery’s performance and sustain its operations.
Mr. Waheed Mohammed Magharef personally received his commemorative shield, while Mr. Khaled Abdu Khaiba received the commemorative shield on behalf of his late father, Mr. Abdu Mohammed Khaiba. The ceremony was marked by an atmosphere of appreciation and loyalty, recalling the honorable contributions and sincere dedication demonstrated by the late Mr. Khaiba throughout his years of service.
